As always Guruji has explained in simple terms how one can proceed on the path by taking a step at a time.it is not easy for a person to start meditating immediately unless one can observe silence which takes time….

A very good discourse by our Gurudeo.’Inner religion’ is the keypoint in this lecture.I think, to be aware of the inner religion,we must know ourselves properly. It is rather difficult, but at least we can start the process now!
