“A Free Mind”

In the season finale of the Guiding Lights video discourse series, the master elucidates and elaborates on the concept of a free mind. Our mind is always bound to its perceptions and notions. It is always bound to the instinct; it is always prone to the inconsistencies that set in due to emotions. In spite of all these qualms, the mind still proves to be a worthy asset in the worldly life. Consider the heights that it could reach if it were to be free of all these traits that hamper its flight. What is a free mind? How can we free the mind? In the following video discourse, the master answers all these questions and much more.

This was a most informative video. It is interesting to learn that Mr. Milind Moghe suggests we spend time alone with our mind. Recently I have been studying Eckhart Tolle who suggests time completely away from mind, to dwell in the silence between thought. I had not heard this teaching before that we should allow our mind to come out alone as we learn to deal with all aspects of our thinking. I bless you and look forward to trying this technique of spiritual development.

well i think that you would find this technique more easy to adapt. Watching and simply being aware of your mind is much easier than trying to control it or trying to wean it away from your consciousness… 🙂
